Tri for Heros was founded as a result of a tear in the social fabric across america towards our heroes. A tear that created a gap in communities all over the country. A gap that was long overdue to be bridged. It was only fitting that U.S. Army Engineer Officer built this bridge to overcome the gap that left our heroes on the fringe.

Today, this group puts together and times fitness events all over Massachusetts, with all events having their very own unique twist. Through these events Citizens and Heroes alike can help build upon the bridge that was laid to overcome and repair the gap in our communities.
