Athletes are excited to run through the historic DCR Wompatuck State Park. We rely on energetic volunteers to welcome participants and support them throughout thier experience, whether its thier first Frontline race or they are running the race to prep for the Tri 4 Heros Triathlon. Frontline Volunteers will receive a custom Frontline Volunteer shirt.
5K / 5M - WHEREVER I'M NEEDED

5K / 5M SHIRT & MEDAL DISTRIBUTION

5K / 5M FOOD AND BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTION

After participants finish the race, participants will walk past the food tent. Food/Beverage distribution volunteers help with set-up and distribution of food and beverages for participants. Some Volunteers will be assigned to water stations.
5K / 5M Medical

A medical tent will be set up at the Start / Finish area. All medical volunteers will assist in setting up equipment in the medical tent. Volunteers will provide medical care for runners in need throughout the morning.
5K / 5M AMATEUR RADIOS

Check-out time: 1230
Volunteers will assist in signing out and monitoring radio traffic. Volunteers will also serve as the dispatch center to pass along important information to other volunteers and coordinators.
5K / 5M START/FINISH SERVICES

Volunteers will assist in setting up start waves and tracking finishers. Some Volunteers may be asked to operation the music list and time clock.
